<br />Resolution No. 23 <br /> <br />Adopted February 21, 1950 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Nic Pothen has been a member of the Town Board of the Town of <br />Rose for nearly 25 years, and <br />v;/HK'EAS, during said years he gave untintingly of his time and efforts <br />in the Public Service of said town and played a major part in its <br />development, and <br />viHEREAS, he was instrumental in the incorporation of the Village of Roseville <br />and was elected as a councilman of said Village, and <br />w~EREAS, he has seen fit to terminate his public service and did not file <br />for reelection; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESCLVl.m, THAT THE Coucnil of the Village of Roseville <br />express its appreciati6nfor the great service rendered to the Connnunity <br />by Nic Pothen during his many years of faithful public service and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk of the Village deliver a copy of <br />this resolution to Nic Pothen. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />Attest: <br /> <br />Clerk <br />
