<br />of sixty (80) days from the date of
<br />opening of bids. The City reserves the
<br />right to reject any or ell bids and waive
<br />infomtalitfes, and further reserves the
<br />right to award the contract in the best
<br />interest of the City.
<br />Minimum wage rates to be paid by the
<br />Contractors have been predetermined
<br />and are subject to the Work Hours Act of
<br />1982, P.L. 87-581 and implementing
<br />regulations.

<br />goal for Good Faith Effort to be
