CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1382 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE <br />10 OF THE CITY CODE CHANGING <br />THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP <br />DESIGNATION OF CERTAIN REAL <br />PROPERTY AT <br />2225 TO 2265 SNELLING AVENUE <br />FROM LIMITED BUSINESS DISTRICT <br />(B-1) TO PLANNED UNIT <br />DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville <br />does ordain: <br />Section 1. Real Property Rezoned. <br />Pursuant to Section 1015 (Zoning <br />Amendments) of the City Code of the <br />City of Roseville, and after the City <br />Council consideration of Planning File <br />07-068, the following properties (and <br />associated parcels) addressed at 2225, <br />2235, 2245, 2255, and 2265 Snelling <br />Avenue and legally described as: <br />SEE ATTACHMENT "A" <br />are hereby rezoned from Limited <br />Business District (B-1) Planned Unit <br />Development District (PUD). <br />Section 2. Effective Date. This <br />ordinance amendment to the City Code <br />and Zoning Map shall take effect upon: <br />1.
