CITY OF ROSEVILLE ORDINANCE NO. 1382 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10 OF THE CITY CODE CHANGING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP DESIGNATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY AT 2225 TO 2265 SNELLING AVENUE FROM LIMITED BUSINESS DISTRICT (B-1) TO PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT The City Council of the City of Roseville does ordain: Section 1. Real Property Rezoned. Pursuant to Section 1015 (Zoning Amendments) of the City Code of the City of Roseville, and after the City Council consideration of Planning File 07-068, the following properties (and associated parcels) addressed at 2225, 2235, 2245, 2255, and 2265 Snelling Avenue and legally described as: SEE ATTACHMENT "A" are hereby rezoned from Limited Business District (B-1) Planned Unit Development District (PUD). Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance amendment to the City Code and Zoning Map shall take effect upon: 1. The passage and publication of this ordinance. Passed this 8th day of June 2009. Klausing ATTACHMENT "A" LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY The South 7 acres of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NE1/4 of SE1/4 of SE1/4), Section 9, Township 29, Range 23, according to Government Survey thereof. Subject to the rights acquired and to be acquired by the State of Minnesota for highway purposes in that part of the described tract lying Northerly and Easterly of the following described line: Beginning at a point on a line run parallel with and distant thirty-three (33) feet West of the East line of said Section nine (9) distant seven hundred sixty (760) feet North (measured along the East Section Line) from the Southeast comer thereof; thence run Northwesterly to a point which is 945 feet North and 175 feet West from said Southeast comer; thence run Northwesterly to a point on the North line of the South 7 acres of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NE1/4 of SE1/4 of SE1/4) of said Section 9, distant 220 feet East of the Northwest comer thereof and thence terminating.
