<br />RESOLUTION NO. 255 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council of Rosevi11e desires to <br /> <br />authorize Roseville Fire Department to enter into an arrangement <br /> <br />wi th St. Anthony Fire Department whereby each Department will <br /> <br />assist the other in case of major fire emergency. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council <br /> <br />of Rosevi11e: <br /> <br />1. That the Roseville Fire Chief, or officer in charge <br /> <br />in his absence, is hereby authorized, in case of a <br /> <br />major emergency in the Village of St. Anthony and <br /> <br />upon the request of the St. Anthony Fire Chief, or <br /> <br />officer in charge, to send such Rosevi11e fire equip- <br /> <br />ment to St. Anthony as in his judgment can be spared, <br /> <br />and in case of a major fire emergency in Rosevi11e <br /> <br />to call upon St. Anthony Fire Department for similar <br /> <br />assistance. <br /> <br />7 ~ <br /> <br />_,:..~LJ' Moved and 6u/t./~l[ Seconded that the <br />foregoing Resolution be adopted.
