<br />RESOL UTION NO. 263 <br /> <br />AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 209 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council of Roseville desires to <br />authorize Roseville Fire Department to enter into an arrangement <br />with Falcon Heights Fire Department whereby each department will <br />assist the other in case of major fire emergency, at NO CHARGE. <br /> <br />NCW THEREF'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE OOUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE: <br /> <br />1. That the Roseville Fire Chief, or officer in charge <br />in his absence, is hereby authorized, incase of a major emergency <br />in Falcon Hei~pts and upon the request of the Falcon Heights Fire <br />Chief, or 0 fficer in charge, to send such Roseville fire equipment <br />to Falcon Heights as in his judgment can be spared, and in case of <br />a major fire emergency in Roseville to call upon Falcon Heights Fire <br />Department for similar assistance. <br />/j... 0/ <br />.-<'7-/ft."I'{::C~ Moved, ;/ jd;c' /'2-.""'/ Seconded that <br />the foregoing Resolution be adopted.
