/\ 1/0 '} v STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF RAMSEY VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE RES 0 L UTI 0 N # 266 WHEREAS, pursuant to agreement between the Village of Roseville and the City of Saint Paul, the Village of Roseville now discharges sanitary sewage into the sanitary sewer system of the City of Saint Paul, and, WHEREAS, the Village of Arden Hills has, by Resolution, requested permission from the Village of Rosevi1le and the City of Saint Paul to connect to the Roseville sanitary sewer system at appropriate points and discharge into the Roseville sanitary sever system and eventua1~ into the Saint Paul sever system, sanitary sewage from the areas in the Village of Arden Hills, as follows, to-wit: TRACT 1 - SOUTHEAST AREA CoIlUI1encing at the SE corner of the Village of Arden Hills, which point is also the SE corner of Section 34, Township 30, Range 23, and which point is also the center of the intersection of Lexington Avenue North and County Road "D"; thence northerly along the center line of said Leginston Avenue 7050'; thence westerly and parallel to the south line of Section 27, Township 30, Range 23, approximately 26.33' to the center line of Hamline Avenue; thence southerly along the center line of Hemline Avenue approximately 530' to the center line of the :tvf..inneapo1is, St.Paul & Sault Ste. Marie Railway Company's right-of-way; thence westerly along the center line of said Vdnneapolis, St. Paul and Sault Ste. Marie Railway Company' B right-of-way approximately 4020' to a point on the west line of the SEi of the SEi of Section 28, Township 30, Range 23; thence southerly along said west line of said sEt of SEt approximately 670' to a point on the south line of said Section 28; thence southerly along the west line of the ~ of the Et of Section 33, Township .30, Range 23, to the south line of said Section 33; thence easterly along the south line of said Section 33 and 34, approximately 6563' to the point of beginning.
