EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 3ra day of March, 2008, <br />at 6:00 p.m. <br />The following members were present: Roe, Pust, Ihlan, Klausing; <br />and the following were absent: Kough <br />Member Klausing introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION No. 10605 <br />Adoption of the Infrastructure Improvements for the Twin Lakes AUAR Area <br />WHEREAS, on November 19, 2007 the Roseville City Council authorized the <br />commencement of the Infrastructure Improvements for the Twin Lakes <br />AUAR Area (the "Study") to assist the City in apportioning street, sewer, <br />water and stormwater infrastructure costs within the Twin Lakes <br />redevelopment area; and <br />WHEREAS, the Study is intended to serve as a baseline for the City and the public to <br />use in determining the appropriate cost share of each development area <br />within the Twin Lakes redevelopment area; and <br />WHEREAS, as development proposals are received by the City, the Study as well as <br />additional analysis will determine the final cost allocation for the <br />development proposal in relation to Twin Lakes infrastructure; and <br />WHEREAS, on February 11, 2008 the Roseville City Council reviewed the Study; and <br />WHEREAS, the Study is now ready for consideration by the City Council for adoption. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, <br />1. That the Roseville City Council adopts the Final Report of the <br />Infrastructure Improvements for the Twin Lakes AUAR Area dated <br />February 2008, prepared for the City of Roseville by SRF Consulting <br />Group, Inc.; and <br />
