<br />Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, JViinnesota, was duly

<br />as finally amended and adopted on October 4, 1957, ,,,as certified to the

<br />ment'No. 1 was held on July 11, 1958 and adjourned to July 24, 1958, 2t ~hich
<br />time assesffinents for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No.1 were amended as
<br />provided by said resolution of said date and certified and filed in the office
<br />of the Count:\! Auditor of Ramsey County on September 5, 1958 and
<br />ImEHEAS, since that date a number of parcels of property contained within
<br />said assessment roll as amended have been divided and conveyed by previous
<br />property owners and
<br />W3EREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that apportionment
<br />of the original assessment against each original tract where it has been
<br />later divided, sold or conveyed, be made by the Village Council of the Villap:e
<br />of Roseville in order that the proper assesmnent can be extended by the
<br />County Auditor against each parcel of property thereafter, commencing with an
<br />assessment to be collected in the year 1959 and thereafter.
<br />NOV! THSREFOBE, the Village Council of the Village of Roseville does hereby
<br />make the following apportionment of original assessments as contained in said
<br />assessment roll of October 4, 1957 and as amenrled as of July 24, 1958 against
<br />the following described properties:
