<br />RES 0 TJ H T I [I !IT # 272 <br /> <br />HEER?ns, the Village of Roseville has heretofore approved and adopted <br />a plan for the construction, maintenance and oper':ition of a sanitary sewer <br />system, and, <br />WhEREAS, the Council of the Village of Roseville has, by proper pro- <br />;:" ,y1-i nf-"S, det'crmined the need for certain locations of underground se1"rer <br />mains, sewer pipes and appurtenances to bC' installed, maintained and operated <br />wi thin the plan Adopted, <br />NOVJ 'I'E"S"RKfORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Villa' of Roseville needs to <br />acquire a perpetual easement for the constrclction, maintenance and operCl tion <br />of sewer mains, sewer pipps and appurtenances to an approximate depth of <br />8 to 12 feet, together with infress and egress over and through the following <br />nescribed land in Ramsey County, [iiinnesota, under its powers of eminent domain: <br /> <br />The East 20 feet of Lot 5, Block 19, James Fourth Addition <br /> <br />Together with a temporary construction easement of the <br />I'Jest 10 feet of the East 30 feet of Lot 5, Block 19, <br />James Fourth Addition. <br /> <br />RESOLVED further, tnat Beldin H.
