<br />WHEREAS it appears that Hage Brothers of <br />Owatona, Minnesota is the lowest responsible bidder, at the <br />tabUlated pr1ce of $ 388,489.50 . <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the <br />Village of Rosevi11e, Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to <br />enter into contract with Rage Brothers for <br />I 388.489.50 in the name of the Village of Rosevi11e <br />for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No, 2, Project No.6, according to <br />the plans and specifications thereof hertorore approved by the <br />Village Council and on file in the office of the Village Clerk, with <br />the right reserved to the Village of Rosevi11e, by appropriate change <br />order and within thirty days from date hereof, <br /> <br />2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids <br />except the deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest <br />bidder shall be retained until a contract has been signed. <br /> <br />The motion was seconded by Trustee Keene and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against: <br />whereupon said resolutin was declared duly 'passed and adopted. <br />
