ORDINANCE NO. 1385 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10 OF THE CITY CODE, CHANGING THE <br />ZONING MAP DESIGNATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY AT <br />1126 SANDHURST DRIVE AND 2167 LEXINGTON AVENUE TO PLANNED UNIT <br />DEVELOPMENT FROM SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT AND GENERAL <br />BUSINESS DISTRICT, RESPECTIVELY. <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does ordain: <br />Section 1. Real Property Rezoned. Pursuant to Section 1016 (Zoning Amendments) of <br />the City Zoning Code of the City of Roseville, and after the City Council consideration of <br />Planning File 09-003, the following property: located at 1126 Sandhurst Drive and legally <br />described as: <br />Broadview Addition Lot 2 Block 2 <br />is hereby rezoned from Single Family Residence (R-1) District to Planned Unit Development <br />(PUD) District. <br />Section 2. Real Property Rezoned. Pursuant to Section 1016 (Zoning Amendments) of <br />the City Zoning Code of the City of Roseville, and after the City Council consideration of <br />Planning File 09-003, the following property, located at 2167 Lexington Avenue and legally <br />described as: <br />Broadview Addition Lot 1 and Lot 15 Block 2 <br />is hereby rezoned from General Business (B-3) District to Planned Unit Development (PUD) <br />District. <br />Section 3. Effective Date. This ordinance amendment to the City Code and Zoning Map <br />shall take effect upon: <br />1. The passage and publication of this ordinance. <br />Passed by the City Council of the City of Roseville this 13`" day of July, 2009. <br />
