1i <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regulaz meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, was held on the 24~' day of November, 2008 at <br />6:00 p.m. <br />The following members were present: Pust, Willmus, Roe, Ihlan, and Klausing; <br />and none were absent. <br />Council Member Klausing introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10668 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN INTERIM USE PERMIT IN ACCORDANCE WITH <br />§1012.09 OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR TED GLASRUD ASSOCIATES, INC., <br />AT 1700 HIGHWAY 36 (PF08-041) <br />WHEREAS, Ted Glasrud Associates, Inc. owns the property addressed as 1700 Highway <br />36 and has requested an INTERIM USE PERMIT in accordance with § 1012.09 of the Roseville <br />City Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the subject property is legally described as: <br />Lot 2 Block 1 Rosewood Village <br />PIN: 09-29-23-43-0001 <br />WHEREAS, the applicant seeks to install an accessory structure on the property; and <br />WHEREAS, The Roseville Planning Commission held a public hearing regazding the <br />requested INTERIM USE PERMIT, voting 6-0 to recommend approval of the request based on <br />the comments and findings of the staff report dated November 5, 2008; <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to APPROVE <br />the request by Ted Glasrud Associates, Inc. for an INTERIM USE PERMIT in accordance with <br />Section § 1012.09 of the Roseville City Code, subject to the following conditions; <br />a. The size and appearance of the gazebo shall be consistent with the plans included <br />'as Attachment D of the staff report reviewed for this application; <br />b. The gazebo shall be situated similaz to Location B in the site plan included as <br />Attachment C of the staff report reviewed for this application; <br />c. The applicant shall work with staff to find a way to prevent the trash container lids <br />from opening in the wind; and <br />d. The Interim Use Permit shall expire at the end of November 30, 2013. <br />Page i of 3 <br />
