2. Unaccounted Water. Water audits are intended to identify, quantify, and verify water <br />and revenue losses. The volume of unaccounted-for water should be evaluated each <br />billing cycle. The AWWA recommends a goal of ten percent or less for unaccounted-for <br />water. Water audit procedures are available from the AWWA and MN Rural Water <br />Association. <br />Frequency of water audits: ❑ each billing cycle � yearly ❑ other: <br />Leak detection and survey: ❑every year ❑ every years � periodic as needed <br />Year last leak detection survey completed: <br />Reducing Unaccounted Water. List potential sources and efforts being taken to reduce <br />unaccounted water. Last citywide leak detection survey was 2003. <br />3. Conservation Water Rates. Plans must include the current rate structure for all <br />customers and provide information on any proposed rate changes.
