Aeon anticipates a successful outcome; however, because MN-I�O�` �as suc� a large bureaucxacy and the ptocess is cornplicated, it will likely take mot�ths to secure the rights to build the improvemer�ts. These improvements �vili be patt of Phase II and �uill not unpact Phase I of the p�oject.
