3.O BUDGET IMPLICATIONS <br />3.1 The proposed amendments are not expected have an impact on the City's budget. <br />4.O STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />. 4.1 Staff recommends that the City Council pass an ordinance adopting the draft nuisance <br />. code language.
