The plan would include no banging of truck tailgates. <br />162 • The City of Roseville may require a future study of ways to mitigate dust if initial <br />163 control plan is not effective. <br />164 <br />165 The motion to include these conditions of approval passed 5-0. <br />166 8.0 SUGGESTED ACTION <br />167 By motion, approve the proposed coNniTioNaL usE allowing outdoor storage of equipment <br />168 and materials at 2280 Walnut Street, based on the comments and findings contained in Sections <br />169 <br />170 <br />171 <br />5& 6 of this report and the following conditions: <br />1) Outdoor stockpiles of aggregate materials shall be located on the property such that they <br />meet or exceed the property line setbacks required for buildings in the same zoning district. <br />172 2) Rubble asphalt and concrete crushing operations shall be limited to a maximum of two 3- <br />173 week periods per calendar year and shall be separated by a minimum of 120 days.
