6.2 Sased on the comments and findings outlined in Sections 4 and 5 of this report, Planning <br />�� . Division staff recommends approving the PUD AGxEEMENT pertaining to the proposed <br />11 development of the parcels at 1126 Sandhurst Drive and 2167 Lexington Avenue and <br />11 establishing the zoning requirements governing future use and redevelopment of the site, <br />11 subject to the following condition: <br />11 a. The applicant shall submit a site plan illustrating and identifying the approved <br />11 PUD zoning district standards consistent with the architectural site plan dated <br />11 June 18, 2009 for inclusion in the PUD Agreement as Exhibit A. <br />�� 6.3 Sased on the comments and findings outlined in Sections 4 and 5 of this report, the <br />�� Planning Division recommends approving the FINAL PUD to allow the proposed <br />�� redevelopment, subject to the following conditions: <br />�� a. Plans submitted for construction permits shall be consistent with the architectural <br />�� site plan dated June 18, 2009 as required in the Planned Unit Development <br />� � Agreement; <br />�� b.
