0 <br />Attachment F <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10 OF THE CITY CODE, CHANGING THE <br />� The City Council of the City of Roseville does ordain: <br />Section 1. Real Property Rezoned. Pursuant to Section 1016 (Zoning Amendments) of <br />the City Zoning Code of the City of Roseville, and after the City Council consideration of <br />Planning File 09-003, the following property: located at 1126 Sandhurst Drive and legally <br />described as: <br />Broadview Addition Lot 2 Block 2 <br />is hereby rezoned from Single Family Residence (R-1) District to Planned Unit Development <br />(PUD) District. <br />Section 2. Real Property Rezoned. Pursuant to Section 1016 (Zoning Amendments) of <br />the City Zoning Code of the City of Roseville, and after the City Council consideration of <br />Planning File 09-003, the following property, located at 2167 Lexington Avenue and legally <br />described as: <br />Broadview Addition Lot 1 and Lot 15 Block 2 <br />is hereby rezoned from General Business (B-3) District to Planned Unit Development (PUD) <br />District. <br />Section 3.
