Scot�e af Easement. Ri�nts of Public. Graniar daes not intend that the public should have any interest <br />in the above described Iand by virtue ofthis Construction Easement or otherwise, except <br />as herein set forth. It is expressly agreed b� and beh�veen the parries hereto that the <br />Crrantar retains ownershi� of the p:roperty and all inciden�s of ownership nat specifically <br />herein granted to the Grantee. Grantor does not intend �hat the public should ha�e any <br />znterest in the land or right to trespass thereon by virtue of this Construction Easement or <br />o�herwise, exce�t as herein set forth. <br />6.
