Stat. § 340A.4U2, subc�. 2. <br />Specifically, it indicaies, in � general way, that vio�ations can result in a suspension o�up to 60 <br />days, a r�vocation, and/ar a civil fine of up to $2,000. <br />Frain my experience, many city codes simply contain general penalty language such as <br />that :r S=uhp�:-� A_, �n� �.�;i:s�.:renr for �;;n1�rj�rs �s �eterrrinP� nn � case-hy-case basis.
