EXHISIT A <br />NOTICE OF CALL FOR REDEMPTION <br />GENERAL OSLIGATION IMPROVEMENT SONDS, SERIES 25 <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />NOTICE IS HERESY GIVEN that by order of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota, there have been called for redemption and prepayment on <br />October 1, 2009 <br />those outstanding bonds of the City designated as General Obligation Improvement Sonds, <br />Series 25, dated as of February 16, 1999, subject to mandatory redemption or having stated <br />maturity dates in the years 2010 through 2014, inclusive, and totaling $1,045,000 in principal in <br />principal amount and having CUSIP numbers listed below: <br />Year CUSIP <br />2010 <br />2011 <br />2012 <br />2013 <br />2014 <br />The bonds are being called at a price of par plus accrued interest to October 1, 2009, on which <br />date all interest on the bonds will cease to accrue.
