This request <br />was for a Local Human Rights Commission Project mini-grant. In your grant request you asked for <br />$1,500 in order to provide a facilitated training on organizational effectiveness and priority setting <br />for the commission. <br />We are pleased to notify you that the grant review committee has approved a grant in the amount of <br />$1,500 f'or your project. State financial policies prohibit us from using state administered funds to <br />• provide food and beverages for meetings, this includes funds that are awarded as grants. <br />Enclosed you will find the instructions you must follow in order to receive the benefit of the grant. <br />Also enclosed is a grant agreement, which must be completed, signed and returned to our office prior <br />to the project's commencement. <br />If you have any questions, please contact Mario A.
