<br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. 281 <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the Village Council, <br />Village of Roseville, County of Ramsey, State of <br />Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br /> <br />Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was duly held in the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, <br />St. Paul, Minnesota, on Tuesday the 11th day of August, 1959, at <br />8:00 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Keene, <br /> <br />Carlson, Brennan and Shields, and the following were absent: none. <br /> <br />Trustee Brennan introduced the following resolution and moved <br /> <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT <br />OF ASSESSMENTS <br />AS TO SANITARY SEWER IMPRO VBMENT NO. 1 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Samitary Sewer Improvement No. 1 <br /> <br />as finally amended and adopted on October 4, 1957, was certified to the <br />County Auditor of Ramsey County and, <br /> <br />W{EREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments, reassessments, and <br /> <br />apportionment of previous assessments in respect to Sanitary Sewer <br /> <br />Improvement No. 1 was held on July 11, 1958 and adjourned to July 24, 1958 <br /> <br />at which time assessments for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 1 were <br /> <br />amended as provided by said resolution of said date and certified and <br /> <br />filed in the office of the County Auditor of Ramsey County on <br /> <br />September 5, 1958 and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, since that date a nnmber of parcels of property contained <br /> <br />within said assessment roll as amended have been divided and conveyed <br />by previous property owners and <br />
