Department Approval <br />��. .�: �� <br />l�'�, <br />Jy <br />REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION <br />Date: 08-10-09 <br />Item No.: 7.d <br />Acting City Manager Approval <br />� .�: �� <br />Item Description: Set a Public Hearing for OSAKA Roseville, Inc. application for On-Sale Intoxicating <br />liquor license on August 24, 2009. <br />Background <br />OSAKA Roseville, Inc. has applied for On-Sale Intoxicating liquor license at 1675 W County Road C. The <br />City Attorney will review the application prior to the issuance of the license to ensure that it is in order.
