<br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. 282 <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the Village Council <br />of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minm sota <br /> <br />Held August 7, 1959 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting and <br />public hearing of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was duly held at the Village Hall in said Village on <br />Fri.day, the 7th day of August, 1959 at 8:00 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Brennan, <br />Shields, Carlson, and Keene, and the following were absent: none <br /> <br />The Mayor announced that the meeting was open for the consideration <br />of a proposed sanitary sewer improvement 'in the Village. The Clerk <br />produced an affidavit showing publication of a notice appearing on the <br />improvement two weeks in the official newspaper of the Village, the <br />last publication being on the 30th day of JUly, 1959, which affidavit <br />was examined and ordered placed on file. The '1J:ayor then called upon <br />all property owners and interested individuals present either for or <br />against said proposed improvement. <br /> <br />The proposed sanitary sewer system was explained to the individuals <br />present by the village engineers, Banister Engineering Company, and the <br />village bond consultant, Peter S Popovich. <br /> <br />The following appeared in favor of said improvement: <br /> <br />Mr. J.
