Regular City Council Meeting <br />Monday, July 27, 2009 <br />Page 11 <br />City Manager Malinen recognized that possibility; however, noted that the initial meeting <br />agendas were still very preliminary and that the proposed additional meetings dates were <br />requested to allow sufficient time to concentrate on the budget process itself. <br />Councilmember Roe noted that the September 14, 2009 meeting agenda needed to in- <br />clude adoption of the Preliminary Budget and Levy. <br />15.
