<br />RESOLUTION NO. d 80 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ray Kroiss Construction Company, as developer, has <br />undertaken to grade and stabilize, or cause to be graded and stabilized, <br />MARION STREET from County Road C to Iona Lane in Bertlee Homesi tes <br />No.4, and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ray Kroiss Construction Company has filed and also <br />made its request for approval and the final acceptance of said <br />street by the Village of Roseville, and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Engineer has examined and inspected <br />.aid street and filed his ceriticate indicating that the construction <br />of said street has been completed in accordance with all requirements <br />of the Village Ordinance and recommends the acceptance of said <br />street by the Village, <br /> <br />Nail THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that MARION STREET, from <br />County Road C to Iona Lane in Bertlee Homesites No.4, be and is <br />hereby accepted by the Village of Roseville as a village street, <br />and that Ray Kroiss Construction Company, developer, and Anchor <br />Casual ty Company, bonding company, be and is hereby released <br />from any further liability for construction and maintenance of <br />said street. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Village Council the <br />---" <br />(Jc'}'<ks.7 <br />I <br /> <br />/ J'I/ day of <br /> <br />, 1959. <br /> <br />r:; ~-:.(.").. ) (",J2 <br />.~. - / <br />)~. \ .tf;" f)t /, ,Y>---- <br />MAYOR '-' ) <br /> <br /> <br />/v <br />
