Establish a Temporary Part-time Position within the Information Technol- <br />ogy Division <br />Councilmember Johnson sought clarification of how it would be determined if <br />and when the position was eliminated; with City Manager Malinen responding <br />that the position was created as a temporary position subject to annual reassess- <br />ment as indicated. <br />Klausing moved, Roe seconded, authorizing the creation of a temporary, part-time <br />Desktop Support Specialist position within the Information Technology Division. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Pust; Johnson; Roe and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />g. Declare a Vacancy on the Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) <br />Mayor Klausing highlighted the vacancy on the HRA and encouraged citizens to <br />apply, especially those with a passion for housing-related issues. <br />
