5.4 Any redevelopment of the proposed parcels must adhere to all of the applicable zoning <br />standards unless and until other land use approvals are sought from the Planning <br />Commission and City Council. <br />6.O RECOMMENDATION <br />Sased on the comments and findings outlined in Sections 4 and 5 of this report, the <br />Planning Division recommends APPxovAL of the requested MINOx susDivisloN, subject <br />to the following condition: <br />a.
