Draft minutes of the public <br />� c hearing are included with this report as Attachment E. <br />1C H.O RECOMMENDATION <br />�c Sased on the comments and findings outlined in Sections 5-7 of this report, the Planning <br />� c Division supports the recommendation of the Planning Commission to approve the <br />�c proposed accessory building as a coNDiT1oNAL usE, subject to the following conditions: <br />� c a. The footprint of the accessory structure shall not exceed 1,008 square feet, and <br />� c pursuant to � 1004.01 A 10 (Accessory Suilding Height) , its wall height shall not <br />� c exceed 9 feet and its overall height shall be limited to 15 feet, as measured to the <br />� c midpoint of the slope of the roof; <br />� c b. No additional accessory buildings shall be allowed on the property; <br />11 c. If the proposed building is, in the future, used in such a way that a driveway <br />11 would be required pursuant to �1004.O1A13 of the City Code, an approved <br />11 driveway shall be installed at that time, and such driveway installation shall not <br />11 cause the total impervious coverage to exceed 30% of the total lot area (about <br />11 10,680 square feet); and <br />11 d.
