c. If the proposed building is, in the future, used in such a way that a driveway <br />would be required pursuant to § 1004.01 A 13 of the City Code, an approved <br />driveway shall be installed at that time, and such driveway installation shall not <br />cause the total impervious coverage to exceed 30% of the total lot area (about <br />10,680 square feet); and. <br />d. The coNDiTioNaL vsE approval shall expire six months after the City Council <br />approval date if the applicant has not received a building permit by that time. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Pust; Johnson; <br />Roe and Klausing; <br />and none voted against; <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
