<br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />~;1. g~ <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Roseville has heretofore approved and <br />adopted a plan for the construction, maintenance and operation of <br />a sanitary sewer system, and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council of the Village of Roseville has, by proper <br />proceedings, determined the need for certain locations of underground <br />sewer mains, sewer pipes and appurtenances to be installed, maintained <br />and operated within the plan adopted, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Village of Roseville <br />needs to acquire a perpetual easement for the construction, main- <br />tenance and operation of sewer mains, sewer pipes and appurtenances <br />to an approximate depth of 8 to 26 feet, together with ingress and <br />egress over and through the following described land in Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota, under its powers of eminent domainr <br /> <br />The Easterly 15 feet of the Southerly 848 feet and the <br />the Northerly 20 feet of the Southerly 868 feet of that <br />part of Government Lot 3, Section 3, Town 29, Range 23 <br />described as follows: Commencing at the SE corner of <br />Lot 3, T. 29, R. 23; thence West 438 feet; thence North <br />1320 feet running parallel with the E line of before <br />described Lot 3 to the S line of a public road running <br />over and across said Lot 3; thence SEly along the S <br />line of said public road to a point on the E line of <br />said Lot 3 which is 1132 feet N of the point of be- <br />ginning; thence S on the E line of said Lot 3 to place <br />of beginning; conveying all that part of the E 438 feet <br />of said Lot 3 lying S of the above described public road, <br />containing 12.35 acres, more or less. <br /> <br />Together with a temporary construction easement over the <br />Westerly 20 feet of the Easterly 35 feet of the Southerly <br />828 feet and the Southerly 20 feet of the Northerly 40 <br />feet of the Southerly 868 feet <<of the Westerly 423 feet <br />of said parcel. <br /> <br />RESOLVED further, that Beldin H.
