This section of <br />the City's code permits construction <br />activities to occur between the hours of <br />seven o'clock (7:00) A.M. and ten <br />o'clock (10:00) P.M. on any weekday, or <br />between the hours of nine o'clock (9:00) <br />A.M. and nine o'clock (9:00) P.M. on any <br />weekend or legal holidays. <br />Eureka Construction, Inc. is the <br />general contractor for the City's Twin <br />Lakes Infrastructure Improvement <br />Project. This project includes the <br />construction of a Mt. Ridge Road from <br />Twin (-ekes Parkway to County Road C- <br />2, and Twin Lakes Parkway from <br />Cleveland to Mt. Ridge Road. They are <br />seeking a variance for Saturdays, t3/29- <br />11/21: Start work at 7:OOAM <br />This construction project has a <br />deadline of 12/31/09 for completion. The <br />Contractor is asking for the variance so <br />that they can work normal length work <br />days on Saturdays, in the event that <br />they lose days due to rain, or to <br />accommodate certain critical schedule <br />activties if necessary.
