ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS CITY OF ROSEVILLE W-08-10 Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the City Manager and the City Engineer of the City of Roseville in the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, until Wednesday, September 2, 2009, at 11:00 a.m. At which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud, said bids to be for the furnishing of all labor and materials to complete the following described local Improvement under Minnesota statutes Chapter 429: W-OB-10 Watermain Replacement: Churchill St & Oxford St Contract quantities include the following major kerns: 3000 LF 6" PVC C900 Watermain Directional Bore 9300 LF Watermain services- directional bore 4 EACH Hydrant disconnect and reconnect Telephone inquiries regarding this bid should be directed to 651-792-7003. Bid forms and contract documents may be seen at the Engineering Department at the City Hall. Contractors desiring a copy of the Proposal Forms, Plans and Specrfications may obtain them from the office of the City Engineer upon payment of ,1~Q[~. Checks should be made out to City of Roseville. No refunds will be provided. Bids should be directed to the City Engineer at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, MN 55113, securely sealed, with the name of the project written clearly on the outside wrapper. All bids shall be made on the proposal form provided for that purpose. Each bid shall be accompanied by bid security in the amount of 1.4.C~ of the bid, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalkies therein and the right to award the contract in the best interests of the City. William J.
