RES 0 L UTI 0 N #286 WHEREAS, the Village of Roseville has heretofore approved and adopted a plan for the construction, maintenance and operation of a sanitary sewer system, and, WHEREAS, the Council of the Village of Roseville has, by proper proceedings, determined the need for certain locations of underground sewer mains, sewer pipes and appurtenances to be in- stalled, maintained and operated within the plan adopted, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Village of Roseville needs to acquire a perpetual easement for the construction, main- tenance and operation of sewer mains, sewer pipes and appurtenances to an approximate depth of 7 to 12 feet, together with ingress and egress over and through a strip of land in the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, under its powers of eminent domain, which strip of land is 10 feet, the center line of which is described as follows: Commencing at a pOint on the East line of that part of Lot I, Block 2, Todds Outlots, except the South 31 feet thereof and except the West 135 feet thereof and Document #386129 Notice of Lis Pendens filed December 24, 1957 to the State of Minnesota covering the following: That part of the above described tract which lies Northwesterly of the following described line: Beginning at the NE corner of said Lot I, thence running Southwesterly to a point on the West line of said Lot I, distant 40 feet south of the NW corner thereof and there terminating, which said point of beginning is 93.3 feet North of the Southeast corner of said part of Lot 1; thence South 810 351 West, approximately 136.5 feet to a point on the West line of said part of said Lot I, said point being 73.3 feet North of the Southwest corner of said part of said Lot 1. Together with a temporary construction easement 10 feet in width, the center line of which easement is as follows: Commencing at a point on the East line of said part of said Lot I, said point being 83.3 feet North of the south- east corner of said part of said Lot 1; thence South 810 351 West approximately 136.5 feet to a point on the West line of said part of said Lot I, said point being 63.3 feet North of the Southwest corner of said part of said Lot 1.
