RES 0 L UTI 0 N #287 WHEREAS, the Village of Roseville has heretofore approved and adopted a plan for the construction, maintenance and operation of a sanitary sewer system, and, WHEREAS, the Council of the Village of Roseville has, by proper proceedings, determined the need for certain locations of underground sewer mains, sewer pipes and appurtenances to be installed, maintained and operated within the plan adopted, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Village of Roseville needs to acquire a perpetual easement for the construction, maintenance and operation of sewer mains, sewer pipes and appurtenances to an approximate depth of 6 to 19 feet, together with ingress and egress over and through the following described land in Ramsey County, Minnesota, under its powers of eminent domain~ The northerly 20 feet of the southerly 890 feet of the westerly 305 feet, also the easterly 20 feet of the westerly 305 feet of the northerly 540 feet of the southerly 870 feet, also the westerly 20 feet of the northerly 160 feet of the southerly 1050 feet of the NE ~ of the SW~ of Section 3, Township 29, Range 23, except the following: Commencing at the SE corner of the NE~ of the SW~ of Section 3, Township 29, Range 23; thence West 793 feet to a point on the south line of said NE~ as the point of beginning; thence north parallel with the E line of said NE~ 165 feet; thence west parallel with the south line of said NE~ 100 feet; thence south 165 feet to the south line of said NE~~ thence east 100 feet to point of beginning, and except the south 300 feet of the east 623 feet of the NE~ of the SW~ of Section 3, Township 29, Range 23; also except the east 400 feet of north 500 feet of south 860 feet of the east 1/2 of NE~ of SW~ of Section 3, Township 29, Range 23. Together with a temporary construction easement of the northerly 20 feet of the southerly 870 feet of the westerly 285 feet and the easterly 20 feet of the westerly 285 feet of the xnorther1y 520 feet of the southerly 850 feet of said parcel.
