<br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N #288 <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the Village Council of <br />the Village of Rosevil1e, Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of Rosevi1le, Minnesota, was duly held <br />at the Village Hall in said Village on Tuesday, September 8, 1959 at <br />8:00 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: All <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Trustee Brennan introduced and moved the adoption of the following <br />resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR PROJECT NO. 7 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisement for bids for Sanitary Sewer Improvement <br />NO.2, Project No. 7 according to the plans and specifications thereof on <br />file in the office of the Clerk of said Village, said bids were received on <br />9-4-59 at 11:30 a.m. opened and tabulated according to law and the following <br />bids were received complying with the advertisement: <br /> <br />F. More & Austin Keller <br />Lametti & Sons <br />Orfei & Mariani & Sons <br />Nodland Construction Co. <br /> <br />$181,740.25 <br />176,574.20 <br />179,677.00 <br />174,334.40 <br />202,324.00 <br /> <br />WHEREAS it appears that Orfei & Mariani & Sons of St. Paul, Minn. is <br />the lowest responsible bidder, at the tabulated price of $174,334.40 in <br />the name of the Village of Roseville for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No.2, <br />Project No. 7 according to the plans and specifications thereof heretofore <br />approved by the Village Council and on file in the office of the Village <br />Clerk, with the right reserved to the Village of Roseville, by appropriate <br />change order and within thirty days from date hereof. <br />
