E� <br />17 <br />i� <br />i� <br />z� <br />�1 <br />2�� <br />23 <br />�� <br />�� <br />2� <br />�{ <br />�� <br />�� <br />�0 <br />�l <br />�� <br />�� <br />�� <br />�� <br />�� <br />�� <br />�� <br />�{� <br />Councilmember Roe sought staff assurance that the applicant would <br />be required to provide soil borings in the appropriate area. <br />Mr. Schultz advised that while no final plans have been provided for <br />the drainage, staff would assure that during their review those plans <br />met City Code and Ml'CA requirements. <br />Councilmember Pust sought staff assurance that the soil borings <br />would be done where they were supposed to be done. <br />Mr. Schwartz responded affirmatively. <br />Roe moved, Pust seconded, approval of the Final Plat of Oal� Acres <br />and the Public Improvement Contract, allowing the creation of four <br />(4) single-family residential lots over 1.89 acres, including a public <br />road and utilities (sanitary sewer and water) from the parcel addressed <br />as 2001 Acorn Road, based on the comments of Section 4 and condi- <br />tions of Section 5 of the project report dated August 27,2007. <br />Councilmember Roe spoke in support of the motion; and expressed <br />his understanding of the frustration of some neighbors that it may look <br />like some of the plans didn't meet City Code. Councilmember Roe <br />opined that the Council was considering approval of the Final Plat, or <br />drawing; and that the public improvement contract outlined oblig�- <br />
