Update — The City Council Subcommittee regarding the City <br />Manager Performance Evaluation Process will Provide an Update <br />Councilmember Pust advised that she and Councilmember Roe, as the <br />Council Subcommittee, met with City Manager N�a�ir�en to discuss <br />options for his performance evaluation. Councilmember Pust advised <br />that all parties had agreed on a limited 360 degree evaluation process <br />involving certain Department Heads and Advisory Commission <br />chairs, with the composition of that group still under discussion. <br />Councilmember Pust further noted that the City Manager was review- <br />ing goals identified in the City Manager contract. Councilmember <br />Pust advised that the subcommittee would be reviewing written tem- <br />plates for suggested use in evaluating City Manager Malinen, and <br />hoped to finalize them by next week, for review and consideration by <br />the full City Council. <br />
