Approve Agenda <br />Staff advised that the applicant, Northwestern College had requested re- <br />moval of Business Agenda Item 10.b entitled, "Consider Approving the <br />Amended Planned Unit Development Agreement for Northwestern College, <br />3003 Snelling Avenue," from tonight's agenda to allow for additional items <br />to be completed. <br />�� Councilmember Ihlan requested removal of Consent Agenda Items 7.e and g <br />2:� for discussion purposes, respectively entitled, "Authorize City Manager to <br />��� Execute a Contract for Safety Consultant Services with IntegratedLoss Con- <br />�� trol;" and "Approve the Final Plat and Public Improvement Contract for Oak <br />�� Acres by Art Mueller, 2201 Acorn Road." <br />�� <br />�� <br />�� <br />�� <br />31 <br />��� <br />�� <br />�� <br />�� <br />�f� <br />3, Public Comment <br />Mayor Klausing called for public comment by members of the audience on <br />any non-agenda items. <br />a. Eugene Bahnemann, 2656 N Lexington Avenue <br />Mr. Bahnemann reiterated his disapproval of the prairie weeds adja- <br />cent to City Hall; and his ongoing disappointment in the quality of ca- <br />ble news live broadcasting of Council meetings for home viewing. <br />
