On September 25, 2006 the City Council authorized staff to enter into an <br />l� agreement with Stevens Engineering to develop plans and specificationsfor the <br />[� replacement of major components of the conventional refrigeration system at the <br />[� Roseville Ice Arena. The project was planned for 2007 but was delayed until <br />l� 2008 in order to further study the feasibility of the geothermal technology. <br />9� <br />Lti� At the May ��°�, 2007 City Council meeting authorization was given to enter into <br />2:� an agreement with Geo-Xergy to conduct a feasibility study for the geothermal <br />�] conversionlretrofit in the Roseville Ice Arena and a study involving the entire City <br />2�� Hall Campus. <br />� y <br />2�� Attached is a draft result of the feasibility study. Representatives from Geo-Xergy <br />�.� will be at your meeting on October �°�, 2007 to review the findings with you. <br />� �, <br />�� In preparation for your October �" meeting and in an effort to get you as much <br />i� information as possible, an initial draft report dated September ���', 2007 was <br />i� forwarded to you a few weeks ago. Attached you will find an updated version <br />3[� dated September 23, 2007 (received 9/28/07).
