EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />4 i �C A � i � ,4 �. <br />Purs�ant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 8th day of October 2007 at 6:00 <br />p.m. <br />The following members were present: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Member introducedthe followingresolutionand moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A LAWFUL GAMBLING PREMISE PERMIT TO THE <br />MIDWAY SPEED SKATING CLUB <br />WHEREAS, the Midway Speed Skating Club has applied for a lawful gambling premise pernxit <br />to conduct lawful gambling activities at 2525 N. Snelling; and <br />WHEREAS, the Midway Speed Skating Club, has met the local permit requirements as specified <br />in City Code, Section 304. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br />The City of Roseville hereby approves the premise permit application of the Midway Speed <br />Skating Club to conduct lawful gambling activities at 2525 N. Snelling Avenue. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member and <br />upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in fa�or thereo£ <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />WHEREUPON, said resolutionwas declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
