My assessment is $5,391.82 based on 2�� feet of frontage. I feel that my <br />property is an unusual piece of properiy, at�.d, as such, should be given special <br />consideration when being assessed. <br />My �p�,e is on a piece of properiy that lies between the high lines and the standard oil <br />line on the north side of it, and a pond that is used by the city as part of it's rainwater <br />runoff system on the south. The high lines and oil line both require a large setback from <br />them for all buildings, therefore, it is really unfeasible for a home to be built to the north <br />of mine, or for a home to be built much fu�'t�e�' north than mine is. A Drainage pipe was <br />placed connecting the pond on the south end of my properiy with a rainwater collection <br />point in the Qwassa Hi11s1�a11o�r/w�ate�vor development above mine when it was built in <br />the 1990's. Therefore, it is used to help �laxi�y the lake water and control tY� water <br />runoff into the lake. My house was built with a small part of the properiy at st�eet level, <br />the remaining part of the properiy is down a hill at the same level as the pond (Drainage <br />ditch). On occasion, the city releases too much water too quickly, causing some of my <br />properiy out of the ponds rim to get wet, making that land unsuitable for a building site. <br />Furthermore, it is my understandingthat the Qvvasso Hills association owns part of this <br />pond, and they are not being assessed for any of the streetwork on the portion of the street <br />that adjoins their properiy. <br />The homeslprc��erties on my block all have approximately the same estimated market <br />value'as mine (with all of them being slightly above mine), therefore I feel that my special <br />assessmentfor the roadwork should be approximately the �� as those properties. <br />Thank you for your time. <br />Sincerely, <br />�-�fj f � <br />K�is K�ck <br />�?� �au� ���as�u �]��� <br />Roseville, � 55113 <br />�� 1 � ���� <br />
