Attachment B <br />I EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />� OF THE <br />;� CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />� <br />� <br />�i <br />� <br />� <br />9 <br />I �1 <br />11 <br />1: <br />l� <br />L� <br />LS <br />l �� <br />1, <br />1� <br />l� <br />��? <br />�L <br />�� <br />�� <br />�� <br />�� <br />�� <br />�'� <br />�S <br />��} <br />�� <br />�r <br />�� <br />�.i <br />�� <br />�� <br />�� <br />3? <br />3� <br />3 �� <br />�0 <br />�] <br />�? <br />�� <br />�4� <br />* * * � �e � � � � � ri �r �r � �r � � <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 8th day of October, 2007, at 6:04 <br />p.m. <br />The following members were present: <br />and the following were absent: . <br />Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION No. x:��XXX <br />A Resolution Adopting the Alternative Urban Areawic�e Review (AUAR) Update <br />for the Twin Lalces Business Parlc <br />WHEREAS, In August 2001, the City of Roseville acting as the Responsible GovernmentalUnit <br />approved an Alternative Urban Areawide Review for the Twin Lalces Business Parlc Area; <br />WHEREAS, On June 20,2006, the Roseville City Council unanimously approved a motion <br />directing staff to talce steps necessaryto update the 2001 AUAR, <br />WHEREAS, On September 20,2006, the Roseville City Council initiated the development of the <br />AUAR Update by approving a motion to accept a contract with the consulting firm DSU (now <br />Bonestroo) to assist the City in completing the update of the Twin Lalces AUAR, <br />WHEREAS, On August 27,2007, the City Council released the fmal Draft AUAR Update to <br />commenting agencies as required by Minnesota Rules Section 4410.3610 Subp. 5 D.; <br />WHEREAS, The City has responded to the comments provided by the state and regional agencies <br />during the comment period; and <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Rules Section 44103610 subpart 5 E states: "Unless an objection is filed <br />in accordance with item D, the RGU shall adopt the revised environmental analysis document, <br />including the plan for mitigation, at its first regularly scheduled meeting held 15 or more days after <br />the distribution of this document." <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, <br />1.
