We're replacing older equipment (not the <br />'06 or'07 equipment) as it reaches the end of its useful life. <br />Question #27: F�om the Recycling Budget. .. What explains the $5SK inc�ease fo� p�ofessional <br />se�vices? This represents the contractual obligation for the City's recycling contractor. <br />The increase is attributed to the switch to weekly pickup and is offset by user revenues. <br />Question #2$: F�om the Recycling Budget ... What membe�ship is added? Recycling <br />Association of Minnesota -$130; Association of Recycling Managers �$20; which were <br />previously charged in the Communications Fund. <br />Question #29: Fi�orn the Recycling Budget ... What is the "admin se�vice cha�ge" The <br />administrative service charge represents the Recycling Function's proportionate share of <br />the general administrative functions that are performed (i,e City Council, admin, finance, <br />legal, building maintenance, etc.). <br />Question #30; F�om the Gene�al Insu�ance Budget. .. What accountsfo� the 33% inc�ease in <br />p�emiums cha�ged by the League of MN Cities? This represents just the General Fu�nd'� <br />proportionate share. The actual share is closer to $85,000.
