If not, what does it mean? This <br />��� is a reference to the fact that recreation programs are impacted by inflation in the same <br />�� manner as other city programs. Typically we increase program fees to offset these costs; <br />�.6� however, we also need to stay cognizant of program offerings and applicable costs in <br />�b�r neighboring communities to stay competitive. Where does the HRA funding <br />show up as an additional resource for the planning group? The HRA is a separate legal entity <br />with its own budget. However, if the HRA decides to contract with Community <br />Development Staff for assistance, any monies transferred from the ]HRA will be treated as <br />a revenue source in the Community Development Fund. It will not show up as a reduction <br />in the Community Development Budget. <br />Final Comments <br />Staff will be available at the meeting to answer any Council inquiries. <br />
