These changes are related to the agenda, Council initiated items and recording of <br />Council meetings. <br />The proposed changes are attached. <br />Council Action Req�ested: <br />Consider the proposed changes to Council Rules and Procedures, <br />Consider a motion to designate all regularly scheduled meetings as business meetings and shall <br />be posted as such. <br />
