Electricity cost averages approximately $6,100 per month and gas cost averages <br />approximately $2, 600 monthly, for a tota/ annual energy cost of approximately $104, 000. <br />The building is comprised of an ice arena with an area of approximately 34,000 square <br />feet, an upper level banquet hall and offices with an area of approximately 15,000 <br />square feet and a lower level that houses change rooms, a weight room, meeting rooms <br />and mechanical space with a combined area of approximately 15,b00 square feet, for a <br />total building area of approximately 64,000 square feet.
