City Hall 1 Public Safety Building <br />The City Hall 1 Public Safety Building consumes approximately 1,100,000 k�llh of <br />electricity annually and 1,046,500 EkWh of natural gas. There is a significant amount of <br />natural gas used even in the summer months. This is the result of the variable air <br />volume distribution system that cools all of the air distributed throughout the building. Air <br />to zones that become to cool is reheated with the gas boiler and hydronic reheat coils at <br />each zone. <br />Geo-Xergy Systems Page 9 of 33 <br />
