<br />� 3. RANGE OF F'ORMAL PUBLIC SPACES - There will be a range ofpublic open
<br />spaces throughout t��e district, including but not limited to squares, courts, parks,
<br />plazas and greens. These places will be enclosed by building frontages and will
<br />be safe places for walking, relaxing, and gathering. These spaces will be heavily
<br />landscapedyet be designed for low maintenance.
<br />❑ 4. RANGE OF TRANSPORTATION MODES - There will be a wide range of
<br />transpoitation modes accommodated on all streets. Pedestrians, bicyclists, and
<br />vehicles will all be acca�x�zz�odated on every street � including ��najor
<br />thoroughfares.
<br />� 5. ON-STREET PARI�NG — The City encourages parallel (public streets in bays) or
<br />diagonal on-streetparking (private streets) on every street in the development.
<br />This is in order to reduce the parking demands on surface or structured parking
<br />facilities, as well as to provide customer convenience to storefront retailers
